A 3-Step Guide to Ordering

Step One

Having chosen your design from our range, email your contact information (Name, Address) to Bamboo Paperie, stating your preferred order Save The Date and/or Invitations and ⁄ or Wedding Day package; include the Number of guests (minimum order 25 pieces, then in multiples of 25) and the Wedding Date; as well as any comments ⁄ questions that you have.

By return email, we will forward to you an estimate of the cost; the link to the order form and a reminder that the wedding day copy can be submitted later, if the Service and Menu are not yet finalized.
Step Two

Fill in the official order form on the link supplied. Indicate preferred wording for each item to be printed (we can help you with the appropriate wording, if you wish). Send us your guest list including the complete address details. Send us your credit card details to cover the deposit which will be 50% of the estimate.

Upon receipt ⁄ clearance of the deposit, we will compose proposed wording. Typeset wording and proof the items. Then email the proofs in a PDF file to you for your approval.
Step Three

Read the wording on the proofs carefully. If all is to your liking approve proofs and submit approval to Bamboo Paperie. If you are not happy with the wording or printing detail, reject proof(s) and request changes (you will need to be very specific with your comments). If this stage is necessary, a revised proof(s) in a PDF file will be forwarded to you. Then, approve the 2nd proof(s).

We will confirm receipt of your approved proofs(s) and will commence printing. Upon completion, your order will be couriered to you at the address supplied and a confirmation to the shipping details will be emailed to you.
